I would like to express my deep gratitude to His Holiness Ho-Phap Pham Cong Tac, whose guidance has enriched both my spiritual and social life.

He imparted invaluable wisdom, which I have distilled into the contents of this handbook, alongside the divine support that sustained me throughout its creation.
