Foreword  

During my interactions with visitors to the Holy See of Tây Ninh and with followers of other faiths, I have often been asked numerous questions regarding Đạo Cao Đài.

As this is a new religion, though it emerged in Vietnam, a small country, its philosophical foundation—rooted in the principle of ĐẠI ĐỒNG (Great Unity)—has drawn significant attention in our present era.

Hence, though my own resources and intellect may be modest, I have endeavored to compile this volume, “99 Questions and Answers on the Great Way of the Third Epoch Universal Salvation” (Đại Đạo Tam Kỳ Phổ Độ).

This book has been assembled with care, based upon the Scriptures and publications of the Holy See (Tây Ninh), as well as works by respected authors.

The 99 questions suffice to explore the essential features of the Dao (Faith) — from its origins, its Founding Master, to its principles, administrative structure, and new teachings for humanity.

The second part (from Question 45 to 99) is composed to allow a deeper understanding of the philosophy and doctrine of the Dao (Faith).

I humbly bow in gratitude to the predecessors and senior guides who came before.

I respectfully offer this work to the Holy See, as a resource for the wider community.
