Question 10: If the Supreme Being is Omnipotent, Why Create a World Full of Imperfections?  

When faced with wars, natural disasters such as storms, earthquakes, or tsunamis, and the pain, suffering, and death they bring, people often complain or criticize.

Such innocent criticism is like that of an uninformed observer who harshly judges a building still under construction or an unfinished painting.

What can humans truly understand about the Supreme Being’s vast power of Creation, Preservation, and Destruction?

The human spirit, dwelling within the physical body, is like a chick trapped inside an eggshell. If one were to try to explain to the chick that outside the shell exists a vast world, filled with fragrant flowers, unfamiliar plants, sweet fruits, flowing rivers, towering mountains, and even its mother present in that world, the chick would not comprehend or believe it.

Even if someone told the chick that its feathers and eyes are already formed to one day see and fly, it would still not believe, and there would be no way to demonstrate this truth until the chick emerges from the shell.

In the same way, many people doubt the existence of the Soul, the Eternal Sacred Realm, the Law of Reincarnation, the Law of Cause and Effect, and the Law of Evolution.

They cannot see beyond the shell of the physical body; their thoughts are like fragile wings, incapable of lifting them beyond the narrow confines of their mind.

Their worldly eyes cannot explore the infinite treasures that the Creator has prepared for those who revere Him. Humans may not perceive the spiritual realm directly, but they can sense the presence of the Supreme Being in Life itself and in the universal laws.

While still inhabiting this body, we must have faith to receive from the Supreme Being the warmth of life, as a chick receives nourishment and protection from its mother. Without this faith, the chick risks death and will not reach the mystical and immortal realm.
