•  3. The term CAO ÐÀI was revealed for the first time on December 15th 1925 when Mr. Phạm Công Tắc, Cao Quỳnh Cư and Cao Hoài Sang got this divine message:

  Ngày mùng 1 tháng 11 nầy (dl 16-12-1925), tam vị phải VỌNG THIÊN CẦU ÐẠO, tắm gội cho tinh khiết, ra quì giữa Trời, mỗi vị cầm 9 cây nhang mà vái rằng: "Ba tôi là Cao Quỳnh Cư, Phạm Công Tắc, Cao Hoài Sang, vọng bái CAO ÐÀI THƯỢNG ÐẾ ban ơn đủ phúc lành cho ba tôi cải tà qui chánh."

  On December 16th 1925, you have to pray God for Tao. Have a bath, kneel outdoors, hold 9 incense sticks each and pray, "We are Cao Quỳnh Cư, Phạm Công Tắc, Cao Hoài Sang, praying to CAO ÐÀI THƯỢNG ÐẾ for blessing so that we can self-correct."
