8. True Energy and Yang Energy

8. True Energy and Yang Energy

Concerning the First Body, that is, the physical body, its composition is formed of cells, within which reside positive particles (yang) and negative particles (yin).

Every physical body is constituted of cells, and within the primordial germ-cell are atomic particles; among them are one yang particle and nine yin particles. All physical bodies are thus alike; their differences arise solely from the Second Body.

That physical body is formed from the primordial essence of plants and material substances; therefore, when it returns to the earth, it becomes earth once more.

Speaking of the Second Body, True Energy is the emanation of the True Essence, which — whether pure or defiled — assumes varying forms and colors.

When True Energy is wholly pure and perfectly sacred, it appears as a radiant, brilliant aura; when it has not yet attained sanctity, it manifests as rose-colored; when defiled, it takes on a violet hue. These auras envelop the physical body so as to receive and transmit spiritual currents with the True Soul or the True Spirit.

If True Energy is disturbed, it remains entirely of material nature, a form of gross vital substance. For this reason, those who have not yet attained purity or inner stillness are continually drawn downward by materiality and cannot ascend or perceive higher truths; such energy is formed merely from the vapor rising from True Essence.

The union of the True Spirit with True Energy constitutes the Second Body. That True Spirit is called a spiritual point bestowed by the Buddha Mother; therefore it belongs to the yin principle, known as yin energy or yin light.

As for the Third Body, it is the point of the True Soul — namely yang energy or yang light — radiated from the Supreme Ultimate, that is, from Subpreme Being.

Only when yin energy receives yang energy does True Energy become light and purified; it is like steam refined once more until it becomes clear air.

When True Energy has been refined to the highest degree, the current of yang energy can shine directly into the Ni-Hoàn Palace, rendering the person lucid and enlightened.

The Supreme Ultimate is Pure Yang Energy; therefore, only refined and pure energy can receive Its spiritual radiance.

What, then, are the energies of the Supreme Ultimate and of the Void?

The energy of the Supreme Ultimate is the Life-giving Light, while the energy of the Void is the energy of Emptiness.

Further clarification:

  • The particles composing the human physical body consist of one yang particle and nine yin particles.
  • True Energy consists of one yang and three yin.
  • The True Soul consists of one yang and one yin.
  • Whereas the Supreme Ultimate alone is Pure Yang, without any admixture of yin.
